Joel BARDA

Originally from Meaux, a Parisian suburb, I launched my pastry career in 2006 in Paris, immersing myself in renowned establishments before migrating to Australia in 2006. With a rich background in French pastry, I established my own shop in Sydney in 2012, concurrently teaching at Le Cordon Bleu. In 2018, I expanded my teaching to include classes for all ages, even as young as 7, focusing on cupcake and gingerbread house creations. Today, my Maroubra shop has become a destination for pastry enthusiasts across Australia, offering a range of classes from croissants to croquembouches. My mission is to inspire, educate, and delight palates, nurturing a love for pastry arts in every student.
