Patisserie le Marais offers a vast assortment of quality baked products found in a traditional French patisserie such as croquembouche, macarons, classic and modern pastries and cakes. Valued customers appreciate delectable sweet and savoury options which can be dairy, dairy-free or gluten-free.

In addition to the welcoming shop, located at 6/1094 Anzac Parade, Maroubra, Patisserie Le Marais also caters for private events, cocktail parties, weddings, embassy delegations, birthdays and more.

Doors opened in 2012 with Joel Barda at the helm. He is a passionate, classically-trained chef with 25 years’ experience. Joel was also a respected lecturer at Le Cordon Bleu Australia, Sydney’s internationally renowned culinary school.

The Patisserie Le Marais team prides itself on only sourcing ingredients of the finest quality and strives for excellence on a daily basis. First-time customers quickly become genuine, longstanding friends.
